Kudos to Las Cruces and Sensory Kids!  A pair of Moms in Las Cruces, Christina Parra and Delia Cadelaria founded Sensory Kids in 2008.  Sensory Kids is a non-profit organization that provides advocacy, education, and resources to families of children with sensory processing challenges, autism, and other developmental challenges.  Presently, Sensory Kids is collaborating wtih community partners to begin developing the Sensory Kids Sensory Gym and Parent Resource Center.     To schedule a meeting with a Sensory Kids Representative, you may e-mail sensorykidsnm@gmail.com or click on Sensory Kids for more information.

Bridges Inc in Albuquerque!  Bridges offers social skills classes, individual behavioral therapy, parent training, family counseling and communication training for the community of people affected by Autism.  Bridges serves around 100 clients, and the founder, Stacy Ertle makes it a priority to reach out beyond the business.  The company is a community partner with Camp Rising Sun, a sleep-away camp for kids with autism.  Bridges provides financial support and scholarships for the camp, while company staffers volunteer their time.
